User Agreement and Privacy Policy


This application respects and protects the privacy of all users who use the service. When the content produced by the user has a negative impact on other users, Zaky reserves the right to delete the content and block the user's account.

You understand and agree that the following information is not applicable to this Privacy Policy:


(a) The keyword information you enter when you use the search service provided by this application platform;


(b) The relevant information and data collected by this application, including but not limited to participatory activities, transaction information and evaluation details, are published by you in this application;


Violations of laws or violations of the rules of application and the measures that have been taken to you in this application.


Information use


(a) The application will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party unless prior permission is obtained from you, or the third party and the application (including its affiliates) alone or jointly provide services for you, and after the end of the service, access will be prohibited, including its previous capabilities. (c) Users have the right to manage and delete the content generated in their own applications. Users can delete content by accessing the app - their own corresponding content - "Delete". Alternatively, users can delete all of their content and current account by pressing the "setting"-"delete account" button. 


Information disclosure


In the following cases, this application will disclose your personal information in whole or in part according to your personal wishes or legal provisions:


(a) To be disclosed to the third party through your prior consent.

Zaky Subscription Service Terms of Service

Welcome to Zaky Subscription Service!

1. Our service
Thank you for using the Zaky Platform and the products, services and features we provide to you as part of the Platform. When you subscribe to related functions, you can enjoy certain value-added services in accordance with this agreement and the rights and interests displayed on the page.If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew and you will be charged until you cancel.

1.2 Applicable Terms
Your transactions and any use of the Paid Services are subject to: these Paid Service Terms of Service; the Zaky Terms of Service; the Subscription Service Usage Rules; and the Zaky Community Guidelines. We’ll refer to these documents together as the “Terms”.
Please read the Terms carefully and make sure you understand them. If you do not understand the Terms, or do not accept any part of them, then you may not use the Paid Services. Each time you place an order for a Paid Service (including when you order a subscription or an item of content), you will enter into a separate contract with us for that particular Paid Service and will be asked to accept the Paid Service Terms again.

OurPrivacy Policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use the Paid Services. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully.

2. Subscription Service
2.1 Payment
Apple accepts payment via the payment method indicated prior to your purchase. You must have a valid, accepted payment method on file in order to purchase Paid Services.You agree to pay for any Paid Service that you order. Apple will charge your payment method for the price listed for the relevant Paid Service along with any additional amounts relating to applicable taxes, bank fees and currency fluctuations. If you purchase any automatically renewing Paid Service subscription, you agree that Apple will charge the payment method on file on the first day of each billing period for the subscription, and if the payment method on file becomes invalid due to an expired credit card or other reason, and Apple is unable to charge you on the next billing period, you may not be able to access the applicable Paid Service until you update your payment method. Where possible, we will provide you with notice when this happens. If you fail to update your payment method within a reasonable amount of time following that notice, Apple may cancel your subscription. In some cases, you may transact with a third-party or affiliate platform when you purchase a Paid Service (e.g., if you subscribe to Zaky Diamond Pass and Daily Premium Reward using another platform like Apple or other platforms). In these cases, such platform will charge your payment method and be responsible for managing any issues with your payment, including refunds.

2.2Purchase and auto-renew subscriptions
You will purchase products and services from Zaky. If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew and you will be charged until you cancel. Zaky may make products and services available for purchase through Apple or other authorized external services. If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew according to the terms disclosed to you at the time of purchase until you cancel your subscription, as detailed below. If you cancel your subscription, the subscription will expire at the end of the subscription period. Before that, you will continue to enjoy the subscription benefits. If you do not cancel your subscription promptly, your subscription will renew at the full price shown at the time of purchase without any additional action on your part, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for those amounts.

3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation of Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription to a Paid Service that automatically renews, you may cancel the subscription any time before the end of the current billing period. The cancellation will take effect at the end of that billing period. You will retain access to the Paid Service from the time you cancel until the start of the next billing period and, unless otherwise indicated in theRefund Policy, you will not receive a refund or credit for any remaining days in your current billing period.

Cancellation of subscription: If you do not want your subscription to automatically renew, or if you wish to change or terminate your subscription, you must log in to your external service account and follow the instructions to manage or cancel your subscription. If you previously subscribed using your Apple ID, the cancellation will be handled by Apple, not Zaky. To cancel a purchase made with your Apple ID, go to Settings in the app and follow the instructions to cancel. You can also request assistance through Apple Technical Support. If you cancel your subscription, you may continue to use the canceled service until the end of your then-current subscription period. When your then-current subscription period expires, your subscription will not be renewed.

4.Changes to this Agreement

Apple may change these Paid Service Terms, for example, (1) trefled Service or how we do business, e.g., when we add new products or feat (2) for legal, regulatory, safety or security reasons, or (3) to prevent abus materially change the Paid Service Terms, we'll provide you withreason (except when we launch a new product or feature or in urgerit situations ongoing abuse or responding to legal requirements) and an opportunity subscriptions. The new Paid Service Terms will be effectiveafter such n continued use of a Paid Service following such notice period willindicat the new Paid Service Terms. The new terms will apply to your use ofall (including content you have purchased in the past) and all subsequeent p agree to such changes then (i) please cancel any subscriptions you hav end of the notice period and (ii)you may not buy any additional Paid Ser version of the Paid Service Terms that you accepted will cortinue to app previously purchased Paid Services.
